Josh Palmer Fund
Assisting local cancer patients and their families in the battle against cancer.

From the inception of the Josh Palmer Fund, the Southern Tier community has contributed over $500,000 in support of local cancer patients fight against cancer.  The fund first began as a small step in the fight and has grown into an integral component in the battle to help cancer patients in the Elmira, Corning and Finger Lakes area.
