Josh Palmer Fund
Assisting local cancer patients and their families in the battle against cancer.

From the inception of the Josh Palmer Fund, the Southern Tier community has contributed over $500,000 in support of local cancer patients fight against cancer.  The fund first began as a small step in the fight and has grown into an integral component in the battle to help cancer patients in the Elmira, Corning and Finger Lakes area.

About the JP Fund

Welcome to the Josh Palmer Fund.

Thirteen years ago I was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer known as Hodgkin's Disease. Hearing the word cancer was one of the most terrifying moments of my life. Upon being diagnosed, I received 6 months of high dose chemotherapy and 3 months of radiation treatment. Thanks to the wonderful work of my nurses and doctors at both Internal Medicine Associates of the Southern Tier and the Falck Cancer Center, as well as the endless family and community support, I was declared in remission and cancer free.
